Aquatic centre

The staff were rude and racist. My brother had asked the reception staff if he was allowed in the hot tub and they said yes he sits in for not even 5 minutes and a rude lifeguard comes up and tells him he can’t use it because he has the wrong wrist band, however nobody else using the hot tub were wearing one. The lifeguard then takes him to the reception and then proceeded to accuse him of stealing the wrist bands that they gave him when we paid and says they will call the cops. Absolutely disrespectful and rude staff.

Used the basketball court which is a nice court. Staff are very nice.

I have been a member of Leisureplex for over three years . My daily routine after the gym is to visit Epica Cafe for my coffee . It is very clean , coffee is excellent . Special mention to the cafe manager Raymae , always has a smile , always knows your name and always knows what you have without asking .I can well recommend.

Two warm indoor pools, open most days, polite staff, huge change rooms.

Poor Centre Management.Currently the water playground is not working, and the pool thermostat is under repair. That would all be fine if I was told beforehand and not made to pay, and enter, only to have to ask multiple staff members if the water playground was working (whilst having 2 small children in tow). Again, this might be okay if staff were helpful. However, 1 staff member just forgot to follow up when asked. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t use the service I paid for, the staff instead gave me a family pass. The facilities (when they are working) are great.

This place is fancy top of the line sport and swimming facility. Like brand new everything! Please consider having a summer day festival. Bands game's and bbq. You have the setup.

I bring my son here all the time to swim. The kids pool has a great layout and some fun attractions that keep him asking to come back.

Watching Swan Active on social media they are trying to look really customer focused but this is not what I experienced. The pools are jam packed during swim lessons and there is no space for my daughter to use her kick board without bumping into other kids - This was brought up with front reception staff with no real care response. The front reception staff seem disinterested and argumentative as soon as an issue is brought up. Gave stars only for the awesome swim teachers, they are always lovely.

you wanna take the kids for a swim and your not told that there are lessons going till 2 pm ...no place in the lagoonalso ....the place is filthy. . like not just filthy .. extremely filthy...definitely not going to this Leisure Centre every againshame .....
